Our website uses the fewest cookies we can run it with: what the site needs to work, and — only with your consent where required — basic analytics that tell us which pages are useful. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. Nothing sold.

The categories
- Essential. Sign-in sessions for the client portal, security, load balancing. These are required for those features to work and are not optional while you use them.
- Functional. Preferences such as display settings on our site.
- Analytics (consent-based). Aggregate page and usage statistics so we know what to fix and what to write more of. These are set only after you accept on the cookie banner, and rejecting them changes nothing about your access.
What we don't use
No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social-media trackers, no data brokers, no fingerprinting.
Controlling cookies
On your first visit, the cookie banner asks — Accept analytics or Decline — and analytics stay off until you accept: off is the default, not a setting you have to find. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (rmg-consent) for one year, and the banner is not shown again while that choice stands. You can also use your browser settings at any time, or reach us through the contact page and we will help. Blocking essential cookies will break portal sign-in; everything else keeps working.
Changes
If we add a category, this page changes first, with a new effective date, and consent is asked again.
