Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Repertory Media Group website and, where you have an account, the RMG client portal. Client services are governed by the Client Services Agreement; the Backstage software is governed by the Backstage License. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents win for their subject.

The site

Content here describes RMG, Backstage, and the Second Shift service. We work to keep it accurate; descriptions are summaries, and the signed agreement for a service is its complete statement. Nothing on this site is a promise of business results. We sell consistency and craft; we do not promise reach, leads, or sales numbers, here or anywhere. Published plan prices are the current rates and may change for future terms; an active engagement keeps its rate for its current term.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site or portal — no probing, disruption, or unauthorized access; no unlawful, infringing, or deceptive submissions; no impersonation; no harvesting other users' information.

Portal accounts

Portal accounts belong to the client business named on the account. Keep your credentials private. Approvals made in the portal are working instructions to us under your services agreement and are recorded with timestamps. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment under an active agreement, with notice.

Intellectual property

The site, the Backstage name and tools, and RMG's channel brands belong to RMG. What you submit through the portal stays yours; you grant us only the license needed to perform your service with it. Ownership of delivered work is governed by your engagement's terms.

Third-party platforms

Our services reference and post to third-party platforms, which have their own terms governing your accounts there. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions about your account — though helping you respond to them is part of an active engagement.

Liability, in plain terms

The site and portal are provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, RMG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
